Who we are
Bee Access Training Portal is operated by Bee Access. We provide training coordination, certification management, and recertification tracking for Bee Access customers and their workers.

What we collect
- Name and email address — used to create your account and identify you on certificates.
- Phone number — optional, used for training reminders and renewal notifications.
- Organization / employer — used to associate your training records with your company.
- Training and assessment records — attendance, quiz scores, and certification dates are recorded as part of the service.
- Crash and performance data — anonymous diagnostics to help us fix issues and improve the app.
How we use it
- To issue and manage your training certificates
- To send renewal reminders before your certification expires
- To allow your employer to verify your training status
- To improve the platform
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Your employer — your training records are visible to the organization you are registered under.
- Service providers — we use Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Each is bound by their own privacy policies and processes data only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention
We retain your account and training records for as long as your account is active or as required to maintain valid certification history. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting training@beeaccess.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
